Insects inside pasta bags

I purchase two bags of Pasta, Mezze Maniche Rigate (Forest and Feast) range. Both bags were sealed and both had insects inside of them. Sent all the pictures and my slip to Head Office. Not so much as a complimentary voucher received back. I have asked for written feed back on the matter. Nothing. #***
