Insects in my tastic rice

Purchased a bag of 5kg tastic rice on Friday last week which was on special and the sell by date was due 25 days after my purchase. On Sunday as I was about to cook it I noticed live insects inside the entire pack couldn't return it as I had thrown away the receipt. Dear checkers hyper in south gate mall please refrain from selling us rotten food.
