Insects flying around fruit / off drink purchased

Today I went grocery shopping at Westville mall Durban s checkers , I purchased a mug and bean branded milk drink , when I went home I found this drink to taste off despite the expiry date still being a long way to go , I understand that these things happen but in this case I can't except this as earlier on before I came to find this drink and add it to my trolley , i went into the fruit section and was appalled to see little flying food pests (not flies ) all over the fruit it was absolutely disgraceful I chose at that point not to say anything regarding this I simply chose not to purchase any of the fruit , given I have now come home to an off tasting drink drink I feel compelled to think this to the hygiene levels in the store given the insects all over the food . I took photos of the insects so I have reletitive proof to show this . It's a disgrace that the store s hygiene standards are so bad given Westville mall in particular is by no means in the slums it is upmarket there is no excuse for this
