Injury to my son!

<p>I was at the El ridge shopping center this afternoon with my 5 year old son. As we walked past one of the isles a 2 tier metal serving dish fell off a shelf and hit my son on the head! No one pushed it, they were stacked wrong and I have pictures to prove it. My son was hysterical and a manager was called. Instead of showing at least some concern for my son, his worry is how did it end up like that. I took it further and I have to say your staff are ***********. they are only concerned with covering themselves and don't care about customers. Not even an apology was rendered. I was told there is nothing they could do and if I was to take him to the Doctor it would be at my expense. I had to beg for an ice pack! I was a checkers customer but after this...no more. My son has a big bump on his head and it wasnt even his fault and I am taking this further!I am appaled there is no humanity in your store!</p>
