Injury in store

Good day

My granddaughter was injured in your store at N1 city, dates I can share later. However my daughter has not been contacted by anyone from Checkers. Her experience as a concerned mother was managed so terribly that I shudder to think what the response would have been if the injury was fatal. The manner in which the incident occurred has left many unanswered questions and until those questions are answered your N1 city store and any other store with a failing attention to public safety, is not safe to use.
