Inexperience manager
I had a issue with expired fresh produce and having it replaced. I went to have it replaced at the oak dale branch and the women who is the standby manager at that branch was very abrupt and rude. I understood that she couldn't replace the items as I didn't have my proof of purchase but her manner in dealing with customers I found very shocking. Never apologized, very rude and dismissive.if this is the person that deals with the customers, I would seriously reconsider this as she has no people skills<br> I will certainly will not return to this store<br> I would like feedback on this matter
