Inequality.. BAD SERVICE

We as staff that works at Sweetbeet Canal walk we went to the Kiosk Area and asked for a Savings Stamp Club Book and they refused.. They come up with a story that we need to purchase something in order to get a book but we showed her that we have items that we bought at that time... Then an hour ago we sent one of our colleagues(which is a White person) to the same section and ask for a book they didnt ask her questions they just handed the book to her... Our biggest concern is that are we still living in the 1976 time or what??.. The lady with darker complexion, dreadlocks is the one that was assisting us.. I need a follow up on this issue
