Indifferent Service

I went to Checkers Greenacres to obtain my SASSA pension. I first decided to get some groceries but when I got to the till I was told I had to have a number to draw my pension. So I went to the floor manager to ask how to get that. I was to;ld I could either purchase my groceries or get my pension but I couldn't do both. Now the queue was tremendously long and I would have had to stand there all day with my groceries expiring! The fact of the matter was that even with a long queue they only had 2 till open for pensions, surely they could have had more to process quicker or maybe they don't really care about their shoppers. When I got home I decided to phone customer-care but that phone line told me that they weren't operating due to the virus. So I have no alternative but to resort to this avenue. I was very angry as I'm a regular Checkers customer but apparently they don't value ther customers at all! All they could tell me was that they have procedures which they adhere to come what may!
