Incorrect tradin hours

I want someone from Checkers to phone me back regarding an incident at the checkers langverwacght in Kuils River. Their trading hours says 8:00 to 18:00 however they closed their doors at 17:00 already. Theres a queue standing outside the store where customers are waiting to buy groceries however they dont have the decency to let the customers know that the store is closed. The branch manager refused to talk to the customers. I want someone at checkers to phone me or I will take this further so that I can give a detailed explanation on what happened. This is unexceptable and if no one response to this I will take this matter even further going to the newspapers. This is a time where clients are in need but a manager is not willing to speak to them. Im disgusted.
