Incorrect pricing and rude, unprofessional managers

I went to Checkers Hyper in Festival mall this morning and I wasn’t happy with the treatment that I got in the store. I felt so humiliated. I wanted to buy S26 Progress Gold which was R332.99 written on the shelves but when I got to the till the price was R349.99 then I told the cashier that I saw it on the shelf on R332.99. They asked one lady to go and check, she came back with a price tag that was written R332.99 when they saw the price they told me it was for a different formula because it has a different barcode. I told them but it was placed on the formula where I took formula they called the lady I don’t know whether she’s a supervisor or a manager named Jabu Buthelezi. Firstly she wasn’t polite, she was so rude, didn’t greet me she just saw the price tag and told me she can’t help me and she left she didn’t even want to hear my respond while I was talking to her she walked away. Then the cashier told me she can’t help me because the manager said it has a different barcode I asked the cashier that was I suppose to check the barcode when I buy. Because the price that was placed where I took the formula was the R332.99 I asked to speak to another manager who’s name was Joyce she also told me the same thing and walked away. While I was standing there without any help and both managers gathered and started having their small talks and they kept me waiting for almost an hour without getting any help, the cashier told me its either I buy the milk for R350 or she cancels the transaction . I told the cashier I will cancel the transaction. I decided to go back to the shelves and the price of the formula was indeed R332.99. I even took a picture just to confirm I went back to the cashier with a price tag and the cashier called the manager none of them Jabu Buthelezi and Joyce came back to help me they were still in there chatting in a group. At the end after an hour of waiting i got the help but the managers at that store are so rude, unprofessional the service I got was bad.
