Incorrect additional charges

Incorrect additional charges were processed by Checkers60 against my bank account for order ***1A on Friday, 1 December. I am now told to wait for 3 to 5 days waiting for the money to be refunded bank into my bank. Kanti who went into my bank account to fetch money without my knowledge. It is I who must wait that long to get my money bank. It is unacceptable.
