Inconvenience and bad customer service

I had a very terrible customer service from Pauline Jeti not so sure about the spelling of her surname manager at Checkers hyper Westgate Mall. Filled up my trolley with essentials then when I get to the till was told I can't use my jet account card with my identity document,of which was the first time I heard of it. I bought at Checkers last week with the same card nothing was said about identify documents. This came as a shock to me. There is no notice at the store or signage that state I should bring my identity card with in order to be able to use my jet account card. I told her it's not the first time I used my card to buy at Checkers and I have never been asked for my id she then said I'm the first customer who doesn't know that. Such inconvenience and bad customer service
