Inconsistent Services

Checkers LiquorShop Waterfall Corner, I use this shop weekly as it is convenient for me, On the 27th Saturday 2022 afternoon the shop was not busy at all they were few customers inside when I requested assistance from a gentlemen working there he agreed to assist I waited for him by the Fridge for about 10mins he never came to assist me, I had to go to the lady from the cashier whom helped me swiftly the gentlemen was not apologetic nor bothered.
