Inconsiderate towards customers

Seriously frustrated with Checkers today for wasting my time. Card machines are offline and they think a piece of paper with small text stuck to each till is sufficient warning that they are only taking cash. Guess what checkers, you can't see the little paper until you're standing right in front of the cashier ready to pay and then only when she tells you! It's too late by then! Do better
