Inconsiderate stuff

I go to the checkers at Tambotie Mall Randfontein every week to buy my things for the week and I always go early just after the store opens and every time the 60 60 people almost run you over and it has happened at other locations so someone needs to ask what is more important people buying thousands of Rand's or online people whit a hundreds. And every morning there are over 15 stuff going up and down fixing shelves but all they do is talk don't let customers pass and block customers from getting things off shelves. Why? Should the store not be ready when the doors open? Should the shelves be stocked before a customer is let into a store . And it's not just me that has had this experience a lot of people in my family and friends group have spoken about this stuff and is now a running joke. I was a retail manager for over 10 years and this was never acceptable. Please get your stores together
