Incomplete order and pathetic service

This is the second time i have had a problem with my order. Why is it so difficult for checkers to provide a service without errors. Simple errors, checjing quantities is that so difficult.

Then i call the customer service center and get the run aroundby Siya who clearly has no intention of assisting me. Tells me to place a dispute on the app and they will refund me...i dont want a refund i want what i ordered. Secondly if i re order this product the delivery time will only be later today hence i placed my order last night to receive this morning. And who will pay the delivery fee kn tjis order now if i place again?

Im then put on hold for more than 15min with no answer. I cut the call, call back. Speak to Jevon, says he will call the store and get back to me. Its been a while and still nothing. If checkera cannot provide the service they are offering properly then dont do it. Why do we need to struggle with our ordera every time. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating.
