I have never met store managers more useless, uninterested and unhelpful than those at Checkers The Glen. They have a sign which says no customer leaves unhappy, which I don't think they live up to. Lacking customer service, that store won't see me again. Checkers on the whole also need to work on their communication. It is ridiculous that you can use the Xtra savings card at any store but then get limited to where you can redeem vouchers, which is not even properly communicated.
