I live in gauteng and my family live in Pmb. Last week my mum went to checkers to book the Intercape bus tickets for the Easter weekend. She told the lady at the counter that she would like 3sets of return tickets from pmb to midrand.After she had confirmed this the ticket was still printed for Park station.She went back yesterday to query this but the lady behind the counter just took the tickets and canceled them without telling my mother anything. She then says she needed to change the tickets so she needed to cancel it first but there is no bus going to Midrand so she needs to now rebook the tickets and they need to pay an extra R300+!!! AFTER PAYING OVER R2000 FOR THE FIRST LOT OF RETURN TICKETS! Management was not helpful either as the response was there is nothing they can do. Who asked this lady to cancel the tickets in the first place? These tickets were booked early because of the price! Should we be paying extra for the complete incompetence of the staff. They never listened the first time when she booked the tickets and neither did they listen yesterday. Now my family has to jump off the bus at Park station which is very dangerous and they paid extra for that too!!!!
