I visited the store in Pretoria North on Sunday and bought Vitagen dog food. As I have no car I caught a lift. When I arrived home I had been charged full price and not the special price that was valid till Sunday. Today I walked the 6 blocks with the pamphlet and my till slip. Virginia Maluleka tells me I must walk home the 6 blocks, carry the 8kg bag back to the store, only to carry it home again. I am 64 years old??????????? She says she needs to scan the bag in that I bought. I said that we can take a similar bag off the shelf. She says no they are all different prices. I took her to the shelf to prove her wrong. She refused to help me unless I walk 18 blocks today, 12 of which I will have to carry the 8kg bag of dog food. Now if I had already emptied the bag into the dog food container and discarded the bag she would have probably told me to ****** off???????????? I have given Virginia my Xtra savings card and asked her to cut it up. I WILL NEVER, EVER IN MY LIFE SHOP AT CHECKERS OR SHOPRITE AGAIN, AND I WILL DISCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!!!!!
