On Saturday 21st November an item was bought to the value of R1500 and was returned due to unforseen circumstances. Firstly unfriendly staff members and they would not issue cash as it was bought on a card, what Bull! It was than disclosed the money will be within 24 hours be refunded onto the card , its been 3 days and nothing has been refunded. I called the manager and I was informed that it would take up to 5 days. I am disgusted in the ***********ency of the workers at Checkers Bay West.
