*********** checkers stuff and manager

I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with Checkers stuff and mall manager at Parow mall sanlam centre. I brought a bus ticket by them and due to not being able to go anymore I had to cancel the ticket and so I went back to checkers to ask for assistance I had to go up and down three times to them because they don't know how to cancel a ticket i even called for the manager he came and also was clueless. I had to phone myself the customer care of the bus service and they gave me a ref. Number to take with my ID and ask for a refund by them. The manager was called he was so clueless and the lady helping me had an attitude the manager ended up saying that the ref. Number They gave doesn't work by them yet they sell computicket and i should phone them myself which I did and they told me the same thing that Checkers had to call them. How can The manager and stuff be so clueless about such things!? Now i have to go again to them just to explain to them that they have to call the bus services.
