Incompetence

I am very displeased with the packing system going on at Checkers The Neighbourhood! I bought good today amounting to +R2500.00 and at the end on my purchase extra plastic bags that were not in use was just placed into my trolley. Times are tough as is and now I’m being charged for something that is not even needed. Does Checkers not have enough money already that I am forced to pay for something that is not needed or wanted. Checkers, your ring up system needs to change! Your staff are *********** and plastic bags should be tilled up at the end of a sale and not the beginning. PLEASE USE MY PLASTIC BAG’S MONEY TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF IN COMMON SENSE! On top of it your staff has attitude and it’s too much of an issue to reverse an extra plastics but it’s more than okay to take my money for a product I do want want.
