Incompetence!!!

<p>I went to Checkers in Monument, Krugersdorp in July to buy two Ronan Keating tickets for the 21st of August. As the lady was printing my tickets I received a frantic phone call from my mother who said that her and my baby sister almost got hijacked. I asked the lady at the till to please hurry as I had a family emergency she handed the tickets to me, let me sign one and I put them in my purse and rushed off. On the morning of the 21st of August I took my tickets out of my purse for the first time and I was absolutely astonished to see that the tickets were printed for the 20th which was the day before!! I immediately phoned checkers at 07:00 on Sunday and explained what happened to the manager and she simply refused to exchange or refund my tickets, I tried to call computicket to explain what had happened but their lines were not open so I lodged a complaint on their website. Yesterday afternoon which was the 24th of August I called computicket because they had not phoned me back and explained the situation to them, the gentleman I spoke to said that checkers is liable.</p> <p>I am so irritated and disgusted with the service I received, the tickets cost R750,00 for one and I was simply refused any help. I will never buy from computicket or checkers again!!!!</p>
