incompetant cashiers

<p>i m so dissapointed with the service received at glenvisa cherckers , i have my mom to send money for someone at home , my mom forgot the pin number , when she went there to ask for the money becaused she for got the pin number , she was told to bring a bank acount number for what reason , search me i dont know , when my mom when back with the account number , she was told to bring a bnak statement and the money wil take too long to be paid out, seems like the cashier dont know the process my mom keep on getting wrong infromation</p> <p>if theres no one whos will to assist , cherkers can just keep the money .</p>
