Impeccable Customer Service

Just want to congratulate the staff and security team at Checkers Virginia Circle in Durban North. I’ve had so many positive experiences there! Starting from when I had an incorrect checkers 60/60 order, I went there to change it and even though it hadn’t come from the Virginia Circle branch- the manager exchanged it for me with no hassle. After that I have been shopping there ever since! Not too long after that- my husband and I were followed by a drunk driver who was trying to pick a fight with us. He followed us into checkers. Go escorted out by security and then he decided to wait in the parking lot until we were done with our shopping. The security team at checkers waited with us until the areas security guards arrived and escorted us home. The checkers was closed at this point but the security guards waited with us and kept us safe. The service is absolutely stunning! This very last encounter that just warmed my heart- I went there to purchase loaves of bread for the soup kitchen we had running to feed the homeless and destitute people on Addington beach. Checkers employees (Sanele Ngcobo and Lubna Reddy) decided to donate from their own pockets towards this charity drive! I am so thankful to them both for their kindness and selfless donations! To the entire Checkers Virginia Team (including the friendly car guards!!!) - well done on being so friendly at the tills/ on the floors/ at the doors and displaying excellent customer service! We don’t see this often at other branches. And this checkers isn’t my closest but I would rather make that drive just to have the impeccable customer service that Checkers Virginia offers! Well done! And Thank You guys! Keep up the high standard👌
