Illiterate security guard

I am at Checkers Nahoon wearing my plastic face shield and Sekonja or something like that, refused me access to the store. She is adamant that my shield is not good enough as it is not a cloth mask. I am NOT happy as their notice states, and I quote "cloth face mask or other covering for the mouth and nose".
