Ignored at Checkers Hyper.

I am a customer at the Checkers Hyper in Constantia, Roodepoort. 1) For over a year now the bakery there stopped producing Portuguese Rolls. I complained at the bakery several times, then to the manager, then to the manager's manager. All showed surprise, promised to attend to it but nothing has happened. I have stared to buy them at a Spar. 2) About a month and a half ado, I bought a large bottle of JIKS. At the time nor me, nor the cashier and packer at the checkout, nor the car security at the parking noticed nothing wrong. When I arrived home the JICKS had spilled all over my boot and completely discoloured the carpeted book floor. On a second visit to the Hyper, I complained to a manager that came to car to inspect the damage, looked at the cash slip of the day of the incident, took my details and promised to issue an insurance claim and call me back. Nothing happened. Three weeks later I raised a complaint at the store, spoke to another manager who promised to follow up and call back. To date, nearly three months ago, I have seen no action at all. I am considering change to PnP.
