Ignorance and security

Today I purchase again at Checkers Cape Gate. Every time the same story. BAD CLIENT SERVICE. <br> I requested cash on my Capitec card. It took them almost 30min to pay out my cash while another two clients were also waiting for their money. This is such a safety hazard for me to be so identified between 6-7 different staff memers and their performance of refusing to do my pay out in a public area where all other clients notice that cash money are infolved. This matter needs drastic attention and reconsideration on dealing with client service and the safety of their clients.
