If I could give no stars that would be generous

I ordered groceries from the checkers Sixty60 app. I am not please with the service. Almost three hours later I still have not received my order. Then I sent them a few emails to cancel my order and refund me. I also sent messages to the driver to cancel my order. A few minutes later I received a notification on the app that my order was cancelled as there was noone home to get my delivery. This all while In was laying in bed waiting for my order. Noone arrived at all. I received a second notification for my refund, but they are only refunding almost half of what I paid. Very unprofessional and **********. They are easy to deduct money from your account, but when it is time for the to refund you through their own negligence, they still deduct money from the amount they owe you. Totally **********, and do not recommend them. Their app says they deliver within 60 minutes. False advertising and a bunch of *******.
