Ice creams at Checkers Boulevard

I bought 3 ice creams at Checkers Boulevard Centurion. First time i bought Tinroof, second time Tinroof again and yesterday i bought 6 magnum ice cream. To my suprise all these ice creams have melted. I dont know if whether the problem is with their fridge or they take time to put them in the freezer but all these ice creams were a mess. You can tell they put them inside while they are melted.
