I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN

If I could give a negative rating I would!

Sixty60 reserved an amount on Sunday 10 October for an order I placed the evening. I received the usual order confirmation email along with the amount reserved in my bank account.

The next day the order did not arrive and my Sixty60 APP reflected "Order cancelled"....the amount is STILL RESERVED IN MY BANK ACCOUNT!

I am getting the most illogical and pathetic support in resolving this matter.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN on principle alone! They immediately blamed my bank...how is this an error of my bank? They don't just reserve amount for no reason....

SO FRUSTRATED....never again!
