I will never use Checkers Sixty60 again!!!!

I have Covid... I placed my order Sunday. Without being prompted my orders gets bumped to next day delivery due to shop being too busy, as I was informed by their client services. Payment and tip is deducted from my account. Monday comes I wait, my order is now canceled due to non payment. Both amounts still on my account as uncleared. Called my bank they say it needs to be reinstated. I call Checkers, I have to send them bank statements... or I have to wait 5 days!!!!! I will never use them again. They took my money and they messed up now I have to wait. Truly disappointed.
