I will never support Checkers again

On New Years eve, my partner and I headed to Blue Route to do some last minute shopping for a braai. We went into Checkers Liquor to grab some beers and bubbly, and since there was such a long queue I decided to stand in line while my partner went to grab everything out of the fridge. I heard a huge crash but I didnt think anything as I had so many people pushing me, and I was on crutches. Next thing my partner comes out of the fridge covered in glass and alcohol. While he was bent down grabbing things, a shelf gave way and bottles came flying down on him. We called the Manager, but they were not interested in it at all, more worried about their stock that was broken, and half halfheartedly told us they can do a statement and thats about it. No apology, NOTHING! They did not give a damn, my partner was in so much shock, we just left the store. The Managers attitude was ********** and we will definitely never go back. Checkers, you have lost all of my respect!
