I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF THIS APP AGAIN

I cancelled an order on 19 JULY 2020 but haven't been refunded yet after numerous calls. I've spoken to two different consultants each telling me the amount needs to be voided and approved by management and that the payout will be in 24 to 48 hours.
