I was treated like a ***** when collecting goods

On the 5th of December I went to checkers polokwane to buy ponds that was on special and it was not available and I asked for rain cheque and paid so I would collect when there is stock but today 11th December I went a to collect the ponds and the treatment I got was treated like a ***** and was told to come back later as the person who helped was on lunch and I was also on lunch upon arriving at work I called their customer care spoke to Alicia who promised to come back to me and never came back to me.
