I want my Voucher

Good day I went to your Checkers in Pineslopes and spent the longest time ever. I had a voucher to load. However, I was told that your company have them a new system thats new and they don't know how to use it after loading the voucher. The cashier said the voucher shows the amount however, I didn't get the voucher card. They called me back to tell me it didn't load. My question to the lady is, how will I know if it's been loaded or not. No one can answer to that. She was supposed to call me back after I gave them a call. No one knows how to resolve this issue. All I want is my voucher. They've got all the required details however, no one is taking my calls. I hate it when customers are inconvenienced due to poor service. All I need is the voucher tonight. All the stories, I don't wanna hear them. The level of service in Fourways should be on par. Not this poor service. I can't get hold of the lady. I was put on hold up until I decided to drop the call
