I thought you had buying power??

<p>Hi Checkers</p> <p>I boycott my local family PNP due to bad service and basically a dirty store and have done for years. They add no extra time to my journey home after work as they are on the way home. </p> <p>I do however go in the opposite direction to get to either one of your 2 checkers stores in my area being Comaro and Glenvista. The latter is where I go to ask the time. I am annoyed though for two reasons...</p> <p>Your express line...not open as much and you REALLY need to fix that card machine</p> <p> </p> <p>Then my big issue...as a mass channel you should be competitive in your pricing. It's an annoyance to me as to why you are ALWAYS more expensive on your 2 litre Schweppes soda water by at least R1?? This has now increased as PNP FAMILY store always has to at R13.99 and you have been R15.00? Now I see is gone up to R15.59?!?! So I left my basket of food in your store after you didn't have the express till open and drive to the PNP just to get the cold drink so I know they are still at R13.99 and this seems to be there everyday pricing...</p> <p>C'mon Checkers...flex your muscles and sort this out...you are forcing me to go back there and I don't want to. So is my family now because of their stupid campaign to get stickers/toys when u spend ***xx amount in the store) what is the latest **** that's come back???)</p> <p>Give me real savings and proper service and in yours...</p> <p>PS you know glenvista needs updating yes??? Comaro is a bit of a dump even though it's newer...just my opinion...</p> <p>Hope you hear your customers...</p>
