i stink like a dead rat

i am extremely upset .I went to purchase a few items including Dog canned food as i took the cann from the shelve the tin was open and the gravy fall on my jacket . Its raining outside do i have to walk with a jacket that stinks like dead rat hole day all the manager could say was sorry maybe someone dropped it and put it back i'm so sick and tired of the level of service provided and to crown it all i was so upset and the manager obviously did not have the heart to make me feel better or at least sympathise with me or calm me down i also work in a customer service environment and yes sometimes things are not under your control but the least you can do is make a customer feel that they are being serviced up to standard . i wouldn't recommend your store to anyone and it would really have to be an emergency for me to set my feet back in that store . So i left my groceries and walked out .
