I sent an instant money to my gardener, he went to checkers Reservoir Hills on 2 February 2026 at 17:41 to withdraw and was told there was nothing. We spoke to the bank and they said it was redeemed at checkers at 17:41 on the 2nd of February 2026. My gardener has been up and down to find out whats happening. They keep sending him away and only did they conform there was a network error today when the transaction took place there was network drop but still have not compensated him even after speaking to their manager. Please can checkers regional manager respond to this as this inhumane for our gardener.
