I ordered a kettle from Checkers, this morning, delivery was made before 12:00

I ordered a kettle from Checkers, this morning, delivery was made before 12:00. I opened the box to only have received the kettle and not the baseplate and electrical cord to boil the kettle. I phoned them straight away but I still up to now have not been able to reach anyone on the call center number provided on the Sixty60 app. I have sent *** but no response either. I am at my wits end. Pathetic customer service.
