I have encountered these twice this year- I have waited for almost 25 minutes in their long queue to go the till. On the till again there would 4-5 people waiting to be assisted. When you get into the till tell you oh we cannot help you our money market is offline, mind you there is no notice or someone telling people that their services are down. Yet they are checkers hyper, worse their staff don't even care if you are a black customer. Yesterday it happened again, collected my grocery from different isles and when I wanted to withdraw my cash send from their till, only to find out they are offline. It was 19h25 pm and they close at 8pm. Now even if I go to the ATM by the time I go back they are already closed, there is remorse or empathy from their staff and they just don't care. Checkers used to offer good service and now it is very very bad!!😠😡I was livid yesterday
