I had a bad experience in Carnival Mall Checkers store

I had a bad experience in Carnival Mall Checkers store. I was there in the 31 October in the busy afternoon and I was buying few items and there was no staff in the express tills. I went to the kiosk hoping that the que will be better and I was in the queue for more than 20 minutes. I reported to the Coloured supervisor/manager and she didn’t solve the problem and went back to her office. I think it’s highly unacceptable that the customers will be inconvenienced while paying their hard earned money. I’ll never go to that store again.
