I don't want Checkers ****ing inferior alternatives to get the sale

I do not want Checkers/Shoprite selecting alternative products on my behalf. When I order on the app, if I select a product and it is subsequently unavailable then they must either tell me immediately or not deliver it. I don't want them delivering inferior products that I do not want. This has happened on several occasions. If it continues like this I will stop using this app.
