I bought half a lamp...

I bought half a lamp from Checkers hyper Tongaat I then took out a parcel of meat and saw a few pieces were rotten it was black in colour I then sent Checkers an email on the 10/04/2026 I received an email afterwards asking for my contact details so they can call me regarding the above issue I rep**** to that email on the morning of the 11/04/2026 .. today is the 15/04/2026 I have sent about 4 follow up emails and still have gotten no response from them it is enough that we have a spike in the price of food and now we got to deal with **** like this from such a big company they don't even have the decency to reply to my email. It's disgusting
