I bought an Honor x7c phone last month cash from Checkers Hyper in Centurion Mall, now the phone is blocked for no reason and checkers is refusing to hep me.

I am highly disappointed with the cell phones from checkers Hyper in Centurion Mall. They sell damaged phones to their customers. And they order their damaged phones from Mobile G.

I bought Honor X7C cash on the 4th of July 2025, now the phone is blocked for no reasons. When I take the phone to Checkers Hyper in Centurion, they said it is not their fault and there is nothing they can do other than taking the phone back to their supplier Mobile G. And I have to wait for 21 working days to get my phone back.

Meaning for 21 days I won't be having my phone, and I am a businesswoman, and I use phone every minute in the type of business I am in. now I must stop working for 21 days while still waiting for them to unblock my phone.
