I am super impressed by Checkers Rivonia Village Staff

<p>Thank you Staff at Checkers Rivonia Village for your excellent customer care. A while back I left my phone at the counter and had to return to the store to check. The whole time I was sure I would not find my phone but very happy to find that the cashier had found my phone and handed it over to her manager. Sorry, I did not get their names but I am truly grateful for this.</p> <p>At some point I bought an oil heater from the same shop but was not impressed with its performance so decided to take it back. I was thinking that I would not get a refund so had planned on getting other things to the same value as the heater instead. In fact, I actually expected a hard time with the whole transaction but to my surprise, it all went smoothly. I got a refund and did not even need to get other things to the same value at all. I am very happy with your services at Checkers Rivonia Village. Well done! Thank you</p> <p> </p>
