Hyper checkers arrogant and rude manager and security

I’m still not happy as nothing has been done due to the securities and the store manager that was very rude and the staff that were very rude and arrogant to me as if I’m nothing how can a big store like checkers not having proper cameras in their control room can this issue be addressed with checkers head office
