Hygiene complaint letter: Checkers FX Emfuleni (VANDERBIJLPARK) on Saturday 18 May around 16:00 We witnessed a lady working in their butchery department with a injury in to her index finger working with raw meat without gloves, she only had glad wrap (plastic) warped around the injured finger with blood still visible wile packing the meat.

This is TOTALY unacceptable where were her supervisor?

I complaint to a guy packing the fridges he reported it to the store manager, who did not stand up to handle the issue he preferred to send a employee to call the butchery lady to his office.

What happened to the contaminated meat?????? What are their health & hygiene standards, I'm sick just thinking about the situation.
