Hungry baby

<p>Went to do shopping at checkers in blue rout on friday as they we having baby promotions in their store. My baby neede some food and nappies so decided to buy by them. Turn out it was the biggest mistake i made. </p> <p>Did not have cash on me so had to swape my debit card at the till to pay and also needed cashback. But then the sale did not go through as they we offline so had to suspend the sale and go draw money at the ATM, on my way to the bank received an sms saying money out from my acc to checkers. Checked at the atm and noticed that my balance was less. So went back and explain to a supervisor who did not seems to think that i matter as she keep on explain to a coloured friend of mine in Afrikaans knowing thar im black instate of explaining to me until i asked her why. </p> <p>Eventually had to be reffered to a manager as she cold nt deal with my problem. The manager, who is admin manager come to me and took me to his office where he phoned the bank. But then the bank sad the money is gone through on their side so they dnt kbw whats going on. So he asked me to wait till tomorrow morning when the sales for the day has pulled through. The following day waited for the call untill around 10am when i decided to call them. Spoke to the supervisour again who sad that she need to find out from the manager and wiill get back to me. Waited for two hours and decided to phone back again and was told she went to lunch. I then asked to speak to an admin manager again who gave me attidude saying that he is acually doing me a favour by handling this so i must watch my tone. </p> <p>I dont understand why does he feel that he is doing me a favour when their the ones that took my money after i swaped my card at their till point and did not get my staff and the cash back i needed.</p> <p>He could not even car that i needed the food for my baby and the cash was for my transport to work.</p> <p>Thought i have experianced bad savice before but this one is just on another level!!!</p> <p> </p>
