Humbled by the level of humility

My review is specifically about the manager of Checkers northmead. It's inevitable to have misunderstandings when dealing with human beings, but I would like to applaud him for having the best strategies in remedying misunderstandings. Here, I have noticed that I as a customer come first, always!! If it means overriding, sending heartfelt personal message to clear the air and give a little token of appreciation 'on the house', Checkers northmead doesn't disappoint. We see you!!!!
